I am skilled in communication and collaboration and work with all stakeholders and SMEs to help solve your organization's problems through training and development that meets your goals. 

I have over 10 years of experience developing and delivering curriculum through instructor-led and virtual instructor-led trainings (ILT & VILT) for thousands of diverse learners. My skills have continued to grow and evolve through my time in the Applied Instructional Design Academy, a nine-month, intensive course in instructional design. Outside work, I enjoy reading, gardening, home improvement projects, live music and theater productions, biking, hiking, and paddling.
